In this course, we will focus on the importance of measuring the impact of a new feature post-launch, and how you can use this data to improve your product. We will begin by measuring discoverability and usability of a feature. Using Heap’s Funnel and Paths modules we will gauge the success of our feature launch from a UX perspective.
